While walk-ins are accepted based on availability, we highly recommend booking in advance through our website to guarantee your entry, especially during weekends and holidays.

Each session accommodates groups of 2-4 players. If you have a larger group, you can split into smaller teams and compete against each other! For groups of 20+, contact us for group rates.

The minimum age to participate is 6 years old. Ages 6–8 must be accompanied by an adult who remains on-site and attentive for the entire session. Ages 9–13 must have an adult present at the facility (adult is not required to participate). Ages 14–17 may attend without an adult; however, a parent or legal guardian must complete a waiver in advance.

Our games involve physical activity. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have other medical concerns, please consult a physician before participating. Play at your own risk.

Comfortable athletic wear and closed-toe shoes are highly recommended, as you will be moving around and engaging in physical challenges.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the game rooms. However, if you book our Party Room, you are welcome to bring your own food for the celebration.

For the 75-Minute Power Play Experience, customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable; however, guests will receive free play tickets of equal value for a future visit. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Party Room Policy before booking.

We have ample free parking available on-site right in front of our building for all our guests.
