Gift Cards are available for immediate purchase and are delivered electronically to the recipient's email address after the purchase is successfully completed.
Available Values
Gift Cards may be purchased in various denominations as offered at the time of purchase in store.
No Fees or Expiration
Gift Cards have no service fees and do not expire, in accordance with applicable Ontario law.
Redemption and Use
Gift Cards are redeemable only at participating PLAYPLEX GAME INC. locations in Ontario, Canada.
Gift Cards and authorized Free Play Tickets may be redeemed:
• In person at the facility when checking in for a booking, or • Online during the booking process by selecting “Gift Card & Free Ticket” where applicable.
If redeemed in person, the Gift Card or Free Play Ticket must be presented at check-in.
Free Play Ticket Terms
• Have no cash value and are non-refundable • May not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes • Must be presented at check-in • Are subject to expiration dates and usage restrictions stated on the ticket, if applicable • May only be used for eligible admission types designated by PLAYPLEX GAME INC.
Partial Redemption
If the value of the Gift Card exceeds the total transaction amount, the remaining balance will stay on the card and may be used for future purchases.
If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Usage Restrictions
Only one Gift Card or Free Play Ticket may be used per transaction, unless otherwise specified. Gift Cards and Free Play Tickets cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.**
Non-Refundable
Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards. Please treat your Gift Card like cash.
Balance Inquiry
Gift Card balances may be checked by contacting our customer service team or by referring to the balance information included in the original purchase email.
Non-Reloadable
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up after purchase.
Fraud Prevention
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an E-Gift Card if fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.
Technical Errors
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect email addresses provided during purchase or technical issues beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
PLAYPLEX GAME INC. may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply only to E-Gift Cards purchased after the effective date of the updated terms.
